Discover DWTN Residences
An architectural project in the heart of Dubai
The DWTN Residences project is being developed by Deyaar. Situated at the junction of Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, it ranks amongst the 10 tallest residential buildings in Dubai, standing 445 metres tall and comprising 110 storeys.
The development comprises 432 flats, 76 duplexes, 13 penthouses and a Royal Palace, with layouts ranging from one-bedroom flats to three-bedroom flats. Each home is designed to maximise natural light and offer views of Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf.
Architectural design
The silhouette of DWTN Residences forms part of the Dubai skyline. Its façade is characterised by a central slit that divides the structure into two sections.
A range of dedicated facilities
DWTN Residences comprises six facilities spread over more than 75,000 square feet, organised around different functions: relaxation, wellness, entertainment, business and hospitality.
On the ground floor, the House of Commons features a double-height lobby, a concierge service and relaxation areas. On the upper floors, the House of Heirs offers family-friendly spaces including swimming pools, a kids’ club and play areas. The House of Wellness, spread over three levels, features a spa, a sauna, a jacuzzi and yoga and meditation rooms.
Social and professional spaces
The project also includes social spaces such as the Maison Amis, which features a private lounge, a private cinema, a golf simulator and a private dining room. For professionals, the Sky Club & Park features private offices, conference rooms and a podcast studio, all with views over the city.
On level 91, the Cloud Nine area features an infinity pool, an observation deck and dining areas, all offering 360-degree views.
