Avenew 888 is a vibrant new residential community set in the rapidly developing Dubai South district. The project by Avenew Development will feature a collection of five contemporary buildings, each rising 11 floors. These architecturally distinct towers will house a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
Designed to encourage creativity and connection, the off-plan community will feature spaces like a co-working studio, coffee corner, greenery hub and reading lounge. The landscaped outdoor areas will feature restful lounges, kids’ play zones, BBQ areas, an amphitheater, and commercial spaces. Other amenities in Avenew 888 will include indoor and outdoor gyms, a half-court basketball area, a ping pong table, and tranquil pool zones.
