The Pad

The Pad is a premium project by the developer Beyond by Omniyat, located in Business Bay, Dubai. An architectural feature of the tower is its 7-degree tilt and a gleaming glass facade illuminated by LED lights at night. The color and intensity of the lighting depend on the time of day and air temperature. The building comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine, and 22 residential floors featuring fully furnished 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. Each residence boasts a convenient layout with spacious rooms and high-quality finishes, while panoramic windows offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and the canal. Residents have access to: a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool with sun loungers, a spa, a sauna, a children's playground, as well as a comprehensive lounge area and a lush landscaped garden with recreational zones, jogging tracks, and walking paths. The property offers concierge services and 24/7 security with CCTV surveillance, while cafes, restaurants, and retail outlets are within walking distance. The project is situated on the banks of the Dubai Creek, on the border of Dubai's most prestigious districts—Business Bay and Downtown Dubai. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are just a 10-minute drive away, Dubai International Airport is 15 minutes away, and it takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Marina.
